Terms of Service
1. What YacineTV is
YacineTV is a subscription streaming service offering live TV channels and movies & series on demand, delivered over the internet to supported devices. Plans, pricing and included features are listed on the pricing page.
2. Plans, payment and renewal
Subscriptions are sold as fixed-duration plans (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but doesn’t refund the current period — see the refund policy for the 7-day refund window.
3. Your account is your responsibility
Your login details are for you and your household. Keep them safe — don’t share them outside your home, and tell us immediately if you think someone else is using them. You’re responsible for anything done with your account until you report it.
4. Acceptable use
The service is for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:
- Resell, rent or redistribute your access to anyone outside your household.
- Share your login with people outside your household.
- Attempt to disrupt the service or anyone else’s use of it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.
5. Availability — an honest word
We work hard to keep the service stable, but streaming depends on infrastructure we don’t fully control (networks, devices, internet providers). The service is provided on a best-effort basis — we make no uptime guarantee and won’t promise what we can’t guarantee. If there’s a prolonged outage, contact us and we’ll make it right.
6. Changes to the service
We may update the channel line-up, the on-demand library, features or prices over time. We’ll announce price changes in advance on the pricing page; existing subscriptions keep the terms they were bought under until they expire.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Sections about payment responsibility, acceptable use and governing law survive termination.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. If there’s a dispute, we’ll first try to resolve it together — contact us on the contact page.
