Help & Troubleshooting

Most problems are quick to fix

Streaming depends on a lot of things outside any one service’s control — your connection, your Wi-Fi, your device. The steps below solve the large majority of issues. Work through them in order.

Buffering or stream stopping

  • Test your speed. You need roughly 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Run a free speed test on your phone or computer.
  • Prefer Ethernet over Wi-Fi. A cable between your device and router removes most Wi-Fi problems.
  • Restart everything. Close the IPTV app completely, then restart your device. If it’s still slow, restart your router (unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, wait for it to reconnect).
  • Close background apps. Other apps on the device — downloads, updates, games — eat bandwidth and memory.
  • Try another channel. If one channel buffers and others don’t, the issue is with that channel’s feed, not your setup.
  • Peak hours. Internet congestion in the evening can slow any stream. If quality dips at the same time every day, it’s often network congestion.

Honest note: we won’t promise you’ll never see buffering — no streaming service honestly can. What we promise is a stable service and real help when something’s wrong.

Login problems

  • Find the original message. Your access details are in the email or WhatsApp we sent after your trial or subscription. Check spam/junk folders too.
  • Respect upper and lower case. Logins and passwords are usually case-sensitive — type them exactly as sent.
  • Check expiry. Trial details expire after 24 hours. If your subscription ended, your access stops until you renew on the pricing page.

Installation issues

If the app won’t install or the access details won’t go in, follow the right guide:
