Our approach in one paragraph
We collect as little as possible, use it only to run the service, and never sell your data. This page explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us: your email address, WhatsApp number, or whatever you share when you request a trial, subscribe, or message support.
- Order information: which plan you bought and when, so we can activate your access and handle refunds.
- Basic technical data: device type and app version where needed to operate the service and fix problems. We don’t track what you watch for advertising purposes.
Why we use it
- To set up and manage your subscription and trial access.
- To answer your support messages.
- To keep the service running and secure.
We don’t use your data for anything else, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
This website uses only functional cookies — the basics needed for the site to work (like remembering your language choice). We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings; the site may work less smoothly, but it will still work.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details — those go directly to the provider over their secure connection.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as needed to run your account and meet legal obligations (such as tax records). When it’s no longer needed, it’s deleted.
Your GDPR rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: Access — ask what data we hold about you. Correct — ask us to fix anything wrong. Delete — ask us to erase your data (“right to be forgotten”). Restrict or object — limit how we use your data. Portability — receive your data in a usable format.
