Most IPTV problems are quick to fix — and most are caused by your connection, Wi-Fi or device rather than the service itself. This page gives you the fast answers; the linked guides go deeper. Work through the section that matches your symptom.
Buffering or stream stopping
Playback stutters, pauses to load, or the picture drops in quality? Start here:
- Test your speed on the viewing device — you need roughly 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. If you’re well below that, the connection is the cause.
- Prefer Ethernet over Wi-Fi. A cable removes most Wi-Fi instability. On Wi-Fi, use the 5 GHz network and move closer to the router.
- Restart in order: force-close the app → restart the device → restart the router (unplug 30 seconds).
- Close bandwidth hogs — downloads, game updates, other 4K streams on the same network.
- One channel only? Then it’s that channel’s feed, not your setup — try again later.
For the complete walkthrough — internet checks, app settings, device checks, peak-hour issues — see our full anti-buffering guide.
Honest note: we won’t promise you’ll never see buffering — no streaming service honestly can. What we promise is a stable service and real help when something’s wrong.
Login problems
- Copy, don’t type your access details — they’re case-sensitive, and an invisible trailing space is the #1 cause of “invalid login”.
- Don’t modify the server URL — copy it exactly as received.
- Check expiry: trial details expire after 24 hours; subscriptions end on their renewal date (see plans).
- Already connected elsewhere? A second simultaneous connection may be refused — close the app on the other device.

Programme guide (EPG) empty
- Wait 5–15 minutes on first load — the initial guide download takes time.
- Force a refresh in the app’s settings (“Refresh EPG” / “Update guide”).
- M3U connections: the EPG URL is separate from the playlist URL — both must be entered exactly.
- Partially empty is normal — not every channel broadcasts programme data.
See EPG & login troubleshooting for the complete guide.

Frequently asked questions
Where are my access details?
In the email or WhatsApp message we sent after your trial or subscription. Check spam folders and message requests too — then contact us if you still can’t find them.
Is it my connection or the service?
Quick test: run a speed test on the viewing device and try a different channel. Slow speed or all channels affected → your side. One channel affected with good speed → the feed. Our buffering guide walks you through it.
Do I need a VPN?
No — IPTV France works on a normal internet connection. A VPN is optional and sometimes helps if your ISP throttles video in the evening, but test with and without.
How do I start from scratch?
Get a free 24-hour trial, then follow the setup guide for your device — you’ll be watching in about 15 minutes.
